Last year was interesting for everyone, especially those in the world of business. Companies are no longer questioning if they should go public but rather how they should do so. Everybody wants their stock to get picked up by a major listing and then bought and sold at a higher rate. After all, that’s usually the next goal of any high-level and well-established company. Still, it might not be easy to identify which path toward going public is the right one.
