Tim Dockery is a senior associate in the firm’s Capital Markets practice.

Since 1998, Tim’s practice has primarily focused on securities transactions including registered offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions. Tim’s expertise extends to the general corporate representation of his clients including drafting SEC reports, preparing listing applications and negotiating employment contracts, security agreements, stock option plans and other documents vital to the health of companies new to public markets. A significant portion of Tim’s clients are based overseas, and during his career, he has been based in New York, London and Buenos Aires.
