Shanice Harris is an associate in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate, Real Estate, and International Trust and Estate Administration, practices.

Shanice graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies with a minor in Italian. While in college, Shanice studied abroad at Sciences Po in Paris, France and the University of Padova in Italy. She received a Certificate of Distinction in Foreign Languages in French and Italian. She is also fluent in Spanish.

Shanice received her Juris Doctor with a concentration Business and Financial Law from Fordham University School of Law where she was on the Environmental Law Review, a member of the Federal Tax Clinic, and a board member of Dispute Resolution Society.

She is a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions committees of the American Bar Association.

• Represented Rulmeca Holding, an Italian multinational manufacturing company and the world’s largest supplier of rollers/idlers, pulleys, and motorized pulleys, in its acquisition of Douglas Manufacturing.
• Represented MG Security Services in its sale to Protos Security, a portfolio company of Southfield Capital.
• Represented a digital staffing platform in several acquisitions.
• Represented Greene Resources, Inc., a leading Raleigh, NC-based staffing, recruitment, management services, and outsourcing firm, in its sale to Array Corporation.
• Represented Fivebridge CPAs in its merger with Berkowitz Pollack Brant.
