Marc Gottlieb is a member of the firm and heads its litigation practice. He represents clients throughout the United States in a wide range of legal areas, including domestic relations, corporate matters, and SEC, DOJ and FINRA investigations and enforcement proceedings brought before FINRA’s Office of Dispute resolution.

Marc handles on a regular basis complex divorces and Family Court matters while simultaneously litigating complex corporate matters, including disputes involving labor law, contracts, intellectual property rights, fiduciary breaches, and discrimination. He has represented clients in state, federal and administrative court proceedings in over a dozen states.

Marc serves as civil and criminal defense counsel in securities fraud investigations, criminal prosecutions and civil enforcement actions brought by the Department of Justice, the SEC and FINRA. Marc has served as litigation counsel to registered broker dealers, their registered representatives and compliance staff.

Currently, Marc serves as outside litigation and SEC counsel to a number of public companies and several private organizations.
