Aldo Panunzio is a member of the firm’s Corporate, Real Estate, and Estate Administration practices.

In addition to real estate (which includes commercial leasing, purchasing and financing), he concentrates his practice on complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments representing limited partners, executive compensation, and other general corporate matters.

Aldo is fluent in English, Italian, and Portuguese.

NOTABLE TRANSACTIONS:

• Represented SITI B&T Group S.p.A., a global manufacturer of state-of-the-art design and production plants for the ceramics industry, in a minority investment by One Equity Partners.
• Represented Alfamation S.p.A., a world leader in the field of engineering functional test systems, in its sale to inTEST Corporation.
• Represented Rulmeca Holding, an Italian multinational manufacturing company and the world’s largest supplier of rollers/idlers, pulleys, and motorized pulleys, in its acquisition of Douglas Manufacturing.
• Represented a U.S.-based private equity fund in connection with its co-investment for an acquisition of a paving/asphalt U.S. based company.
• Represented an Italian multinational aerospace company in its acquisition of a U.S. metal finishing business.
