Yuwen Li is an associate in the firm’s Capital Markets practice and Asian practice.

She focuses her practice in the areas of securities law, corporate governance, and corporate finance. She assists public and private companies in their corporate transactions, including advising on the public offerings of special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) and assisting issuers and investors with initial public offerings.

She also provides counsel with respect to ongoing regulatory compliance (including ongoing compliance with the SEC, NASDAQ, NYSE, and FINRA and state securities laws and regulations) as well as general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Yuwen had experience in mergers and acquisition and private equity funds.

Yuwen has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the New York City Bar Association. She is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese and has passed the Chinese Bar Exam.
