The gross proceeds of the offerings were approximately $16.5 million.

The securities described above were offered pursuant to a shelf registration statement on Form F-3 (File No.: 333-238700) which was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on May 26, 2020, and declared effective on July 7, 2020.
