New York, NY – July 5, 2021 – Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP, a New York full-service international law firm, today announced that it represented Network 1 Financial Securities, Inc. in the $50 million initial public offering and NASDAQ listing of Mountain Crest Acquisition Corp, a blank check company formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. 5,000,000 units were sold to the public at a price of $10.00 per unit. Mountain Crest Acquisition Corp’s units began trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the ticker symbol “MCAFU” on June 30, 2021. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the common stock and rights are expected to be listed on NASDAQ under the symbols “MCAF,” and “MCAFR,” respectively.
